Welcome to 3D Events. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website (the "Service") operated by Marg Enterprises ("us", we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing this site, or requesting event inquiries, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Booking & Estimation Policies
Any quotation generated via our contact form is a non-binding estimate. A formal booking is only secured when a signed agreement is executed and the required deposit is cleared. Clients must ensure their designated event venue satisfies the electrical load requirements necessary to run LED dance floors and high-performance sound arrays.
3. Special Effects Safety Regulations
Our special effects, including dry-ice heavy fog, cold-fire sparklers, and CO2 cannons, are subject to local municipal safety inspections. We reserve the right to modify or suspend special effects during an event if:
- The venue does not have adequate ventilation.
- Severe weather compromises outdoor structural arches.
- Local fire marshals deny required permits.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are generally non-refundable due to early configuration of technical layouts. Specific rescheduling clauses and partial refund tables will be provided within your individual booking contract.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, code, logos, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Marg Enterprises and its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Marg Enterprises, nor its directors, technicians, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the setup, execution, or dismantling of event equipment, save for damages caused by proven gross negligence on the part of our staff.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
